Although to my knowledge, i don't know if a more earth like tilt will make it 'more habitable', but a highly obliqitous tilt will make it less habitable. Earth's tilt is roughly 23-24 degrees, which is why we have seasons. A highly obliquitous planet will spin on it's side like a rolling ball, a perfect example is Uranus. Next is obliquity, or the tilt of the planet's axis. The first thing you'll want to do is make sure the planet's rotation is decently quick, i reccomend under 3 days for a rotational period (Note bottom of screenshot). (Although with lots of tweaking, you can make any planet relatively comfortable a little inside and a little out of this zone). Next, you'll need to add the planet! Remembering only rocky planets can be habitable, you can either pick from the ones the simulation gives you, or select 'random rocky planet/exoplanet'. This can be viewed when you turn on Habitable in View. Starting off, you'll want to set your planet within the green 'goldilocks zone' around a star.
